Dear Candidate we are a chain of restaurants looking for an Area manager with a Salary package BD 350 to BD 450

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce the brand standards across all restaurant locations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of each restaurant to meet and exceed health and safety standards. Also Ensure that all staff members are well groomed and adhere to the company’s uniform policy.
• Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with the company’s operational standards. Implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
• Develop budgets, manage expenses, and take responsibility for the profit and loss of each location under supervision. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and strategize accordingly to maximize profitability.
• Lead and develop restaurant team, fostering an environment of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement. Assist in effective staff training on customer service protocols, operational procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with HR department in recruitment, performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary issues. Also sharing Duty roster for FOH team, arranging staff accommodation branch shifting and Accommodation Shifting.
• Make sure the restaurant outlets are fulfilled with all the requirements of all legal authority in Kingdom of Bahrain
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions to drive sales, attract new customers, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and operational adjustments.
• Continuously evaluate operational practices, customer feedback, and financial performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Making wastage report
