Delma Marine is Seeking a Passionate & Experienced Water Sports Recreational Manager!

Do you love the thrill of watersports and have a knack for creating unforgettable experiences? Delma Marine, a leading Bahrain-based Marine company, is searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Water Sports Recreational leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate rental operations for a diverse range of equipment: Boats, kayaks, group kayaks, paddle boats, etc.

Develop and implement creative event and package offerings: Tailored to individual and group needs, promoting both adventure and relaxation.

Lead and motivate a team of passionate individuals: Ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Provide exceptional customer service: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.

Collaborate seamlessly with: Changing room, ticketing team, and equipment maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operation.

Champion safety protocols: Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.


Requirements:

Proven experience in managing water sports operations.

Strong understanding of water sports equipment and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Arabic.

Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
