Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced or fresh Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating trades, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
Schedule and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for all site personnel.
Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment management, and waste disposal.
Ensure all workers have the necessary permits and qualifications for their tasks.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to management regarding timelines and budget.
Foster a positive and productive work environment among site personnel.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
