One of the reputed companies in Bahrain is looking for a security site supervisor

Requirements:
✅ Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Criminology or equivalent
✅ 5+ years in security, with 2–3 years supervising multiple sites
✅ Valid Ministry of Interior Security Licence
✅ Strong client handling & report-writing skills
✅ MS Office, CCTV & access control knowledge
✅ Valid Bahrain driving licence (preferred)

Key Duties:
🔹 Site surveys & risk assessments
🔹 Guard deployment, attendance & shift management
🔹 Regular site inspections & incident investigations
🔹 Guard training, discipline & welfare
🔹 Client relations & invoice/payment follow-up
