Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our group. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the group’s human resources and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

• Employee Relations:
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage employee performance issues and disciplinary actions.

• Compensation & Benefits:
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data.

• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Manage HR systems and processes.

• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations (GOSI, LMRA, Tamkeen, etc)
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar HR role in Bahrain.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws in Bahrain and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with different companies withing the same group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
