Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the floor staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service of food and drinks
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Train and mentor new staff members
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the floor
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Assist in opening and closing procedures
Implement and oversee promotional activities and events

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
