Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the company's overall operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and operational activities.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, profitability, and operating costs.
Lead, motivate, and manage employees to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant management experience, preferably in trading, distribution, or B2B services.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of business operations, sales strategies, budgeting, and financial management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to develop business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
