Description

A reputed company in Bahrain seeks to appoint an experienced Factory Manager for its Metal Fabrication Factory Division.
Qualifications & Experience & Abilities
 Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Master Degree in Business and Marketing will be an advantage.
 Should have 05 to 07 year’s experience in Middle East and professional track record in the same field with strong technical background.
 Should have experience in Sales & Marketing role in Middle East.
 Should have Strong understanding of project cost estimation, tender procedures, analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis, staff management, project site supervision etc.
 Should have excellence experience in Steel fabrication process
 Excellent Communication skills, self-motivated sense of urgency and should be well oriented, dynamic and aggressive and responsible for achieving of targets.
 Familiar with data analysis and reporting.

Salaries and other packages based on the experience and it can be discussed during the interview.
