Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Arabic-speaking Operation Manager to oversee the daily business activities, service quality, and financial performance of our authentic Lebanese restaurant concept. You will lead front-of-house teams, optimize operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience that reflects true Levantine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of service, hospitality, and cleanliness.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, food costs, labor costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Lead and mentor staff, managing schedules, performance reviews, and training programs.
• Maintain brand consistency in food presentation, traditional Lebanese customer service, and ambiance.
• Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally to secure strong customer loyalty.
Requirements
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing high-volume, premium Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurants.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse hospitality teams.
• Deep understanding of Levantine culinary culture and authentic guest relations.
• Excellent financial acumen with solid experience in P&L management and inventory control.
