Responsibilities :
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
• Assess and analyze clients' property requirements and financial capabilities.
• Create and maintain accurate and compelling property listings.
• Use various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
• Provide clients with market analysis reports to help them make informed decisions.
• Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Highlight property features and benefits, addressing client questions and concerns.
• Negotiate sale or rental agreements on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on property transactions and market changes.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including other real estate professionals, lenders, and legal professionals.
• Attend networking events to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technologies.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
• Minimum of one year's real estate experience required.
• Proficient in Marketing Tools (Social Media).
• Driving License and Own Car is a Must.
