Job Description:

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will ensure the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain a smooth operation within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities.
• Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Train, motivate, and manage the food and beverage team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply for daily operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll.
• Oversee the setup and organization of events, including banquets and conferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
