We are looking for Laboratory Manager to join our team!

Qualifications:

Education: BSc or master's in civil Engineer or Geo Technical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in running a Lab covering: Analytical department, Calibration department, Metrology department, NDT department, and Material Testing department.

*Must have GCC Experience and GCC valid driving license.


Responsibilities:

1. To manage the administration in the capacity of divisional head areas includes all division resources such as personal matters, accounting, technical guidance, supervision for technician’s vehicles management petty cash etc.
2. Upgrade and develop the division activates by implementing efficient marketing plans and insuring the maximum utilization of division’s resources in order to achieve annual targeted revenues.
3. Monitor and develop in hand division resources (Human Resources, assets, equipments etc.
4. Monitor and control division operating expenses targeted to maximize the revenue and minimize the expenses.
5. To submit a monthly performance statement along with recommendations highlighting development and improvement area of action.
6. To ensure the services provided to the clients are in accordance acceptable applied procedures.
7. Timely submission of the invoices for the concern clients and proper follow up for its related collections in due time.
