Description

We are seeking a Showroom Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including sales, inventory, customer service and staff management. A dynamic leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is able to motivate their team and drive sales growth.

Bachelor's degree holder
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales as Showroom Manager
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for sales
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a plus)
* Experience with retail software systems (preferred)
* Knowledge of visual merchandising principles (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Can manage the showroom budget, develop sales strategies, and create marketing materials.
