Are you a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of Bahrain's labor laws and regulations? Do you have experience navigating the intricacies of the GOSSI, LMRA, and Tamkeen systems? If so, we want to hear from you!
Delma Marine Co. W.L.L., a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:

Be responsible for all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Bahrain labor laws and regulations, including the GOSSI, LMRA, and Tamkeen programs.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's strategic goals.

Manage and optimize HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Stay abreast of changes in Bahrain's labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant.


We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

A proven track record of success in a similar HR role within a Bahrain-based organization.

A comprehensive understanding of Bahrain's labor laws and regulations, including the GOSSI, LMRA, and Tamkeen programs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST.
