ob Responsibilities

Safely transport hotel guests, management, and staff as required.

Provide pick-up and drop-off services according to the assigned schedule.

Maintain professional behavior and excellent customer service when dealing with hotel guests.

Assist guests with luggage and provide a courteous welcome.

Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues to the concerned manager.

Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

Ensure timely transportation for airport transfers, hotel activities, and other assigned duties.

Maintain confidentiality and handle guest information professionally.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a driver in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.

Valid driving licence applicable to the assigned vehicle.

Good knowledge of local roads and locations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
