**Position Overview:**
The Principal will oversee the daily operations of Alia Autism Centers, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment for our students. This role requires a passionate leader with extensive experience in special education, particularly in autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, staff management, and program development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide visionary leadership to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Oversee and support the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Manage and mentor a team of dedicated educators, therapists, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to support student progress.
- Develop and manage the school’s budget, resources, and facilities.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of education and care.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree or higher in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, preferably in special education or autism-specific programs.
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based practices in autism education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards a common goal.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
