Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual Hostess who can fluently speak both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and impeccable service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining room efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant.
- Assist in coordinating special events and parties.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
