Description

1. Acting as the main point of contact for all Annual Maintenance services & any related queries & issues of those that are raised by AMC Field maintenance service teams.
2. Accountable to the Service Manager / General Manager for providing accurate, timely and efficient services to the esteemed customers of Awal Gulf Manufacturing Co BSC (C). (*AMC Clientele with Pearl brand & other brands Air-conditioning products too).
3. Maintaining confidence and protects operations by keeping all Company information safe & confidential.
4. Supervision: Management of Scheduled service AMC / PMS calls through service app / LN, ensure allotment, Execution & Completion as per service norms set – as per the respective contracts signed.
5. Ensure staff's productivity through dedicated KPI’s. Maintain high level of supervising skills & maintain harmony among the teams by thorough effective communication, documentation, reporting, irregularities and analyzing the continuing needs of staff & organizing accordingly. Ensure RTAT, down time is achieved as per objectives set every year.
6. Yearly Budget plan, get New AMC customers & increase, Generate Revenue, control on costs, Timely Invoicing & payment collections. Service Targets both in AMC related through RTAT & Financial objectives to be achieved by ensuring timely execution , updating TAB same time / Real time , issuing quotes , Cash receipts , delivery note , etc ( Invoicing / Billing and collection; monitor expenditures , Cost cutting through efficiency & effective planning & execution )
7. Effectively assigning service technicians as per schedule / work load & operational requirements & ensuring 100% productivity by monitoring RTAT at all times as per planned preventive maintained schedules. Tracking PMS workmanship failures.
8. Reporting issues to Top management via emails, verbal communications, meetings & ensuring customers issue is resolved at the earliest. Ensure issue is corrected at root level which may be complex or long-standing problems that has been passed on by customer service agents, technicians, supervisors or through customers directly. To update one through system generated reports & analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports to enhance customer service levels & to achieve customer delight. Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence internally with colleagues & externally with customers
9. Coaching / Training staff, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Internal trainings, Inductions, Training on New products, Models, Modules if any and adapting oneself up to date with changes.
10. Regular site visits for Audits of staff & work procedures as per ISO & flow chart to be evaluated on a daily basis for all field staff. ( Regular intervals )
11. Be the Key primary point of contact for all customers, providing support before, during and after bagging the AMC , provide support on various need basis at all channels so as we develop and
12. Arrange internal meetings with sales staff, service staff within the group & during off season arrange trainings & shift staff to other job roles as an assignment for their personal skill development & job enrichment.
13. Doing Staff Appraisals every 6 months ( * Mid & end of year )
14. Upgrade oneself by reading about Company developments, reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses as well as checking on line the Company’s progress on social media & using the ISO / EMS intranet link regularly & following the procedures with 100% implementation.
15. Checking & maintaining Company’s property be it vehicles, its maintenance, Gadgets, Important & sensitive Information, handling of tools, buffer stock, parts usage, Products, Money & documents , Most of all Integrity & Loyalty.
16. To encourage multi-tasking / skill, management retains the right to assign any other tasks to any employee, whomsoever they think it to be necessary and the said assigned tasks would be binding on the part of the employee to perform.
17. Other general related duties as required.
