Responsibilities:
• Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and marketing purposes.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems customers are facing.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or higher management when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Data Entry and Documentation:
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database.
• Achieve individual performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
