*** Position Overview ***
This is a full-time on-site role for an Warehouse In-Charge, located in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, material handling, dispatch and receiving of goods, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely deliveries.



*** Key Responsibilities ***

1. Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock records for incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system entries.
• Ensure proper stacking of inventory and optimum utilization of space.

2. Dispatch & Receiving
• Oversee the timely dispatch of goods to customers and installation teams.
• Coordinate inbound logistics for goods received from suppliers.
• Ensure quality checks are performed on incoming items.

3. Documentation & Systems
• Maintain proper documentation: delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and stock registers.
• Update all transactions in the inventory system including recording of serial numbers of the items sold to customers.
• Ensure correct tagging of inventory items.

4. Team & Process Management
• Supervise loaders, drivers, and warehouse helpers.
• Implement and maintain FIFO, and other warehouse management best practices.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.

4. Installation & Service Support
• Work with service/installation coordinators to prepare kits for field teams.
• Track material usage and return from field teams.


*** Qualifications and Requirements ***
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in Electronics, Appliances and air-conditioners.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com or BBA)
• Additional certifications in logistics, warehouse, or SCM will be a plus
• Experience with warehouse management (WMS) systems.
• Basic Excel and documentation skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Professional fluency in English
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with transport vendors and dispatch management
• Ability to manage inventory in a fast-moving environment with minimal losses
• KPI-based performance tracking (inventory accuracy %, TAT for dispatches, Damage/missing report %, Field team satisfaction score, Cost per dispatch handled, etc...)
