We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and promote our steel fabrication services. You will play a key role in developing new client relationships across various industries and company sizes. This position requires a strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and the ability to translate them into solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop leads within a diverse range of industries and company sizes.
- Regularly report on progress and identify potential challenges.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets
- Develop and present customized proposals that showcase the benefits of your steel fabrication services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in steel fabrication sales a plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and their applications across various industries (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
