Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive for our HORECA Supply Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of sales representatives.

Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the HORECA Bahrain
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.


Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the HORECA market and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Accounts and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review
