We are pleased to announce a job vacancy for a Maintenance Technician at our small building in Bahrain. We are looking for a skilled individual with a minimum of two years of experience in AC maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.

-Responsibilities:
1-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the building's AC systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
2-Handle plumbing-related tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water supply systems.
3-Conduct electrical repairs and installations as required throughout the building.
4-Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues efficiently.
5-Perform regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively.
6-Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and replacements.

-Requirements:
1-Minimum of two years of experience in AC maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work.
2-Strong knowledge of AC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components.
3-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.
4-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5-Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants and other staff members.
6-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
7-Valid work permit or residency status in Bahrain.
