Description

We are recruiting Surveyor .
Only Flexi visa holder can apply.
Salary between 300-400 BHD based on experience.
Duration of work is 3 months renewable.
Location of work is Hidd port.
Transportation available.
Work shift as per workload.

As Surveyor, overseeing pre-shipment inspections/ sampling of cargo as per standard procedure & handling the following responsibilities with measurable Key Performance Matrices-

Dry cargo Inspections (Sugar, SBM, Wheat, Rice, Maize, etc.)
- Draft Survey
- Holding inspection of vessels prior to loading of cargo.
- Loading and unloading supervision of bulk cargo from vessels at Port/Shipper’s/consignee’s
warehouses
- Sampling of dry & liquid cargo from vessels / stock / loading or discharging and preparation as per
standard
- Supervision of fumigation to vessels, warehouses and silos
- Edible oil shore tank gauge and vessel tanks ullage survey.
- Fruits and vegetable inspections (Apple, Oranges, Grapes etc.)

Mineral Cargo Inspections (Iron ore, HBI, Lime stone, Soda Ash, coal, cement, Copper, Steel Coils, Billets etc.)
- Draft Survey
- Holding inspection of vessels prior to loading of cargo.
- Loading and unloading supervision of bulk cargo from vessels at Port/Shipper’s/consignee’s
warehouses
- Supervising sample preparation for quality checks & size analysis
- Witness physical tests for various mineral products ( Sieving, Moisture test, Bulk density etc)
- Damage / rust condition survey for steel products
- Copper cathodes’ individual/ trucks weighment
- Stock verification.
