Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate MEP works across construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site activities, subcontractors, technicians, and MEP installations while ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works.
Manage MEP site teams, technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and installation quality.
Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems.
Ensure MEP works follow approved drawings, project specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works.
Prepare daily/weekly progress and manpower reports.
Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience.
Strong building construction experience is a must.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP/shop drawings.
Proven experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
Candidates with cancelled/transferable visa or valid local status are preferred.
Important

We are specifically looking for a construction-focused MEP supervisor. Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities management, without hands-on building construction experience, may not be suitable for this position.
