Position: Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Good English required

Duties & Responsibilities
-Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and engage in negotiations to secure deals.
-Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, guiding their approach to prospecting and engaging clients.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and generate reports to evaluate performance.
-Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and addressing client concerns.

Required Experience & Skills
-Minimum 1 year experience.
-Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
-Good command of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
-Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with managers and clients.
-Knowledge about construction, contracting, or engineering companies is a plus
-Knowledge about social media & digital marketing.
