We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager for one of our Four star hotel in Bahrain,

Job Description:
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the hotel's customer base.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners.
Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
