Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our organization. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance our technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
Familiarity with networking protocols and security principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
