Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing multiple machines, including a CNC Router Machine, 3D Letter Bending Machine, and Laser Machine. Proficiency in machine programming software, Like ArtCAM, is mandatory for this role. Additionally, a background in design is preferred to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this position.


Responsibilities:


Operate and monitor CNC Router, 3D Letter Bending, and Laser Machines to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
Set up and prepare machines for operation, including loading materials, tooling, and fixtures.
Program machine parameters using software such as ArtCAM to achieve desired designs and specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to design specifications, making necessary adjustments as required.
Collaborate with the design team to review and interpret design drawings, ensuring proper execution during the manufacturing process.
Monitor and control machine operations, making real-time adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Document production data, including material usage, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the process.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to machine operation and design.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably working with CNC Router, 3D Letter Bending, and Laser Machines.
Proficiency in machine programming software, with a strong emphasis on ArtCAM.
Knowledge of design principles and ability to interpret design drawings.
Familiarity with materials commonly used in the manufacturing industry, such as wood, metal, and acrylic.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within specified tolerances.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make real-time adjustments to optimize machine performance.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.
Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
