We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team and lead a group of junior accountants. As a Senior Accountant Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of accountants
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Review and analyze financial data
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
