Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef & Chocolatier to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing high-quality baked goods and handcrafted chocolate products while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities(includes but not limited to):

Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty baked products.
Produce and decorate handcrafted chocolates, truffles, pralines, and chocolate-based desserts.
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality.
Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock requirements.
Ensure all products meet company presentation and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
Operate bakery and chocolate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in the development of new products and seasonal offerings.
Minimize product waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
Support the team in daily production and operational requirements.
Maintain Kitchen cleanliness and help with cleaning.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, or similar role.
Knowledge of baking techniques, chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decoration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when required.
