WE’RE HIRING – SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER

Location: Bahrain
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Compressors / Mechanical Equipment

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Service Engineer with a strong background in compressors, mechanical equipment, sales, and aftermarket services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales and aftermarket sales of compressors, dryers, spare parts, and mechanical equipment.
• Identify new prospects and develop business opportunities for mechanical products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable upgrade/replacement solutions.
• Drive spare parts sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and conduct regular follow-ups with clients.
• Coordinate with product manufacturers regarding marketing activities and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Coordinate supplier visits with the Senior Mechanical Engineer/Manager.
• Assist with product and service prequalification with customers.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and supplier visit reports.
• Support the team in achieving sales and business development targets.

Required Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales & Service experience in compressors and preferably have worked with one or more of the following brands:

CompAir Gardner Denver Atlas Copco ELGi Kaeser Ingersoll Rand

Candidate Profile

• Mechanical Engineering graduate.
• Strong technical knowledge of compressors and mechanical equipment.
• Proven Sales & Service experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Valid GCC driving license is preferred.
