We are currently seeking a talented Finishing Carpenter to join our dynamic team.
Position: Finishing Carpenter
Location: Bahrain

Responsibilities:
1. Finish Carpentry: Execute precise finish carpentry work including installation of trim, molding, baseboards, cabinetry, stairs, and other decorative elements to meet the company's high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
2. Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and design plans to accurately plan and execute finishing carpentry tasks according to project specifications.
3. Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for each project, ensuring alignment with design requirements and client preferences.
4. Precision Cutting: Utilize a variety of carpentry tools and equipment to make precise cuts and create custom woodwork pieces with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Installation: Safely and efficiently install finished carpentry elements, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity while adhering to building codes and safety regulations.
6. Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the finishing carpentry process, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability to find effective solutions.
7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and other team members to coordinate schedules, communicate progress, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
1. Experience: Experience in finish carpentry, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects.
2. Skills: Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment, and executing a variety of finish carpentry techniques with precision and accuracy.
3. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that finished carpentry work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
4. Communication: Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, project stakeholders, and team members to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
