Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a sales staff member.

The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through product knowledge and effective communication, and contributing to the overall success of the retail operation.

1. Provide outstanding customer service to all customers by greeting them, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
2. Utilize product knowledge to effectively assist customers in finding the right products for their needs and preferences.
3. Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs.
4. Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by arranging products and displays to attract customers.
6. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies to the management team.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Stay informed about product features, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including security measures and safety guidelines, to ensure a secure and pleasant shopping environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven 5 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Knowledge of retail POS systems and basic math skills for processing transactions.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
7. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
2. Capability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads, as required for restocking and organizing merchandise.
3. Physical dexterity to operate point-of-sale systems and handle merchandise with care.
