Accountant to work in Bahrain / Only applicants residing in Bahrain and transferrable applicants need to apply (Please do not send your CVs if you are not a resident of Bahrain)

Having experience in accounting procedure with good computer knowledge in accounting software especially in MS Excel, this is a great opportunity for an accountant to work for a small but rapidly expanding firm.

1. All round working experience in Accounts Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Payroll, General ledger.
2. Preparing financial forecasts, budgets, & periodical variance analysis on budget.
3. Preparing & Analyze all financial statements & reports.
4. Reconciliation with clients, suppliers & Bank.
5. Handling company petty cash
6. Review & Counter approve the invoice for reimbursable expenses
7. Overseas the filing & maintains of accounts records
8. Monthly salary preparation & payments.
9. Review/ prepare sales analysis and sales Summary report.
10. Preparing & submitting the monthly & weekly & delay Sales and Collection Report
11. Weekly age analysis report of payables/Receivable
12. Fellow up with customers & ensure of collecting funds on time.
13. Finalization of Accounts Preparing Balance sheet, Income statement, Profit & loss statement
14. Ability to conduct internal & external Auditing services.
15. Handle all the accounting matters.
16. Can organize & maintain filling system
17. Experience of working on accounting softwares.
18. Responsibility of the Accounts, Payroll, MIS and Audit.
19. Perform internal control review operation and helped in system development.
20. Prepare and examine, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
21. Analyze institution’s operations, trends, costs, revenues, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and to provide advice to management.
22. Review institution’s performance (Weekly and Monthly) in comparison to previous period variances.
23. Prepare financial report to present in the bank for loan and bank facility purpose.
24. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
25. Visit to banks
26. Ratio analysis.
27. Co-ordinate with the entire department to make friendly and stress-free atmosphere.

1. Age 30-35 years old
2. 5-10 years accounting experience
3. Good knowledge of using word & Excel
4. Strong numerical & analytical skills.
5. Strong oral & writing communication skills.
6. Vast Administration & local & international purchasing experience.
7. Able to work in competitive work environment.
8. Holding Bahrain or GCC driver’s license
9. Non-smoker

Salary budget is BD 250 (Depending on age and qualifications)
