Job Title: Assistant Manager for an Upcoming Premier Dining Venue

Location: Block 338, Adliya

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing front-of-house activities, including guest relations, staff coordination, and service quality.
- Play a key role in staff training and development, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Contribute to inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor relations to ensure the highest quality of dining essentials.
- Help oversee compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining the venue's reputation and operational integrity.
- Participate in the management of financial tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to support the venue's financial health.
- Act as a key liaison between kitchen staff, front-of-house employees, and management to ensure a harmonious working environment.
