We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Purchaser. As a Purchaser, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and beverage products for our restaurant. Your primary goal will be to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies while maintaining cost-effectiveness and adhering to the restaurant's budget.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and consistent supply of products.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the restaurant.
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
-Implement cost control measures to optimize purchasing and minimize expenses.

Applicant must have worked in the F&B business for a minumum of 5 years.
