The Marine Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation. The manager is responsible for organizing and supervising the crew, equipment, and supplies, as well as managing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The manager must have a comprehensive understanding of the vessel's systems and capabilities in order to plan and execute efficient operations. Moreover, being able to attract and deal with different types of clients and maintain staff records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance of equipment’s and boat.
• Making the certifications and preparing the documents.
• Dealing with clints and attracting new companies.
• Managing finance.
• First aid instructor.
• Creating schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as a operation manager in relevant field
• Communication and marketing skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Highly Organized.
• Multi-tasker.
• Good time management.
• Proficiency in various event software.
• Expert interpersonal skills
