Qualification:

1) Must have previous experience as supervisor in restaurant
2) The ordering of soft beverages, accurate cashing up after service, printing menus and weekly stock takes
3) Actioning customer compliments by praising staff and resolve complaints satisfactorily, referring to your line manager where necessary
3) Good management skill
4) Ability to work both fast and accurately
5) Good communication skill
