Description

An upcoming premium THAI UNISEX SPA & WELLNESS centre in Juffair, Bahrain, is urgently seeking an experienced Thai Spa lady Team Leader / Supervisor to lead our team therapists and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a refined, professional, and relaxing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the spa therapy team.
* Perform professional Thai massage and other spa treatments according to established standards.
* Ensure consistent treatment quality and excellent guest satisfaction.
* Guide team members on service standards, hygiene, professionalism, and guest care.
* Maintain cleanliness, treatment room readiness, and spa hygiene standards.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a massage therapist.
* Good communication and team coordination skills.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Preferred age range: 27–38 years.

Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary plus commission.
* Company-provided accommodation.
* Company-sponsored employment visa, subject to applicable requirements.
* 12-hour working shift.
