A Project Manager for a real estate and construction company is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the project plan, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained from local authorities.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure that all work is performed by quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective action as necessary.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress updates, and close-out meetings.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders.

Duties:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Create a project budget that includes all direct and indirect costs associated with the project.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the project plan and budget.
• Monitor project progress against the plan and budget, identify deviations, and take corrective action as necessary.
Ensure that all work is performed by quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly through written reports and oral presentations.
Lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders through a centralized document management system.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management is required; experience in real estate development is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations is required.
4. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is required; experience with document management systems such as SharePoint or Box is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required; the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization is essential.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals is required; experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions are required; experience with risk management techniques is preferred.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required; experience with matrix organizational structures is preferred.
