We are looking to hire a skilled Chocolatier

• Experience in tempering, dipping, moulding and decorating chocolate including truffles, pralines, chocolate bars and chocolate confectionery, and all manner of chocolate-based desserts including entremets, tarts, cakes and pastries.
• Preparing of all fillings which includes baking, dehydratin, blending, ect.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
