DESCRIPTION:

Repair software & hardware, to include printers and network connectivity.

Responsibilities:
• Providing support for JAMF (MDM) solutions, including configuration, updates, and adjustment

• Diagnosing hardware and software issues on Apple products.

• Repairing iOS and Mac devices using hand tools.

• Replacing faulty components with care to minimize parts failure and financial impact.

• Communicating with the manufacturer's internal service team to resolve complex issues.

• Tracking inventory of devices and parts while performing repairs.

• Troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, and network connectivity.

• Tracking and completing repair orders independently and as a team.

• Ordering and maintaining parts in coordination with the warehouse/logistics team.

• Providing support for applications, macOS & iOS, both client and server.

• Attending meetings with vendors and administrators as needed.

• Providing phone, email, and on-site support to end-users within the company on all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in repairing current-model Apple devices.

• Experience with diagnostics and a full range of hardware repairs for Apple devices.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

• IT support experience in an iOS & macOS environment managed by JAMF MDM.

• Apple (ACMT, ACiT) Certification is an added advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in Mac computer and iOS repair and network connectivity troubleshooting.

• Ability to train end-users in macOS client and server.

• Expertise with LAN and WAN in a multiple platform environment.

• Working knowledge of Xerox, Epson, and HP printers and their repair.

• Knowledge of Apple Remote Desktop is an added advantage.
