The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying Sales and opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. Improves
product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is preferred, along with at least five years of experience, preferably in retail and/or hospitality industry.

Must be able to lead and manage the sales and marketing executives and the graphic design team, will need to work closely with the operations team (Director of Wellness & Beauty – Spa, other business managers etc.) and the Finance team to make sure the sales strategies are in line with the operations as well.
The Sales Manager should have a keen ability to manage multiple companies across multiple sectors and must be aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
• The goal will be to cleverly sell/market high-end luxury (product, service and lifestyle) to a price-conscious audience.
• Will be responsible for setting targets, KPI's, managing budgets and healthy ROI's.
• Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating strategies.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s sales goals.
• Developing sales strategies.
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, ROI and profit-
loss projections.

• Salary Negotiable, based on past experienced and will be discussed during the interview time.
• Local market experience candidate and Arabic speaking will be more preferred.
