Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Create and implement menus, offering a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages alongside fresh pastries and light meals.
• Train and develop cafe staff, ensuring they provide courteous and efficient service.
• Manage customer orders, taking payments, and resolving any issues with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain financial records and generate reports on sales and inventory.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize cafe profitability.
• Promote the cafe through social media and community engagement, attracting new customers.

Job Location – Bahrain

Personnel Required – Expatriate

Position Type – Permanent

Experience Required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cafe and/or restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating staff.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost analysis, and menu development.

Education Level
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

License/ Certifications/ Trainings
• NA

IT/ Software Proficiency
• NA

Personal Attributes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both staff and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Proficient in financial management and reporting tools.
• Food safety certification preferred.
