Job Summary

ERA Projects is looking for an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting out, leveling, measurements, and ensuring construction works are executed accurately according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct construction site surveys, measurements, leveling, and setting-out works.
Establish benchmarks, coordinates, control points, and reference lines.
Carry out setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, and other construction works.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
Check site dimensions, elevations, levels, and alignments against approved drawings.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built survey data.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them promptly.
Assist in preparing and verifying as-built drawings.
Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Follow project quality, safety, and site procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant construction surveying experience preferred.
Strong practical experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and surveying instruments.
Good knowledge of setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software is an advantage.
Experience in building, villa, commercial, high-rise, or civil construction projects is preferred.
Previous Bahrain/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
