We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson for our Paper Bag Solutions, you will play a crucial role in
Promoting and selling our high-quality, eco-friendly paper bags to businesses and individuals in need of sustainable packaging solutions. Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients, including retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and other businesses that utilize paper bags for packaging.
Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our paper bag solutions.
Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Competency:
Bachelors Degree Minimum 2 Yrs experience preferably in Printing or packaging Preference to those who are available for local transfer Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing or packaging industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of eco-friendly practices and a passion for sustainability is a plus.
