Description

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of pre-contract quantity surveying, including cost planning & cost estimates, quantity take-off, preparation of bills of quantities as per project specifications and drawings, engineer’s estimate, and life cycle cost where required.

• Prepare tender documents, respond to bidders’ tender queries, and post tender correspondence on contractual and commercial matters, commercial evaluation of tenders, and report submission.

• Prepare contract documents upon the award of the tender.

• General post-contract administration: provide guidance and review of advance payments, interim payments, statements at completion, releases of retention, and final statements.



Requirements:
1. Having 4+ years of GCC experience in QS ( Civil)
2. CRPEP License: would be an additional advantage
3. Driving License: A valid Bahraini DL is preferable.
4. Degree: Civil Engineering Degree


Salary: is negotiable ( BHD 400+)
