Furniture Company Seeking Experienced Carpentry Supervisor



Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all carpentry operations in the workshop
Ensure that all carpentry work is completed to a high standard of quality and on time
Manage and motivate a team of carpenters
Train and develop new carpenters
Maintain and repair carpentry tools and equipment
Order and inventory carpentry materials
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a carpentry workshop
Strong understanding of all aspects of carpentry, including furniture making, woodworking, and finishing

Attention to detail and accuracy
