We are looking for a talented and motivated Executive Chef to lead our restaurant's kitchen team.

Duties:
1- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
2- Work on fine-tuning recipes or creating new ones to meet high-quality standards
3- Recruit and manage kitchen staff
4- Train and coach kitchen staff to focus on recipe adherence

Executive Chef skills and qualifications
1- Expert knowledge of the restaurant or organization’s cuisine
2- Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices
3- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
